Helios Setup (Titan Two)

This guide walks you through configuring Helios for Cosmic Vision, setting the correct Python environment, selecting your capture card, and loading your Python script.

You Still Need Gtuner

Helios does not install or manage Titan Two memory slots.
You must still follow Step 4 in the Gtuner Setup Guide to load the Cosmic Vision GPC file onto your Titan Two.
After that, Helios will run the Python script and send inputs through Titan Two.

Requirements

Before starting, make sure you have downloaded and installed all required programs and environments in the Installation Guide

1. Open Helios

Launch Helios.

Note

When launching Helios, ensure Gtuner or other Titan Two applications are closed for proper functionality.

2. Set Helios Layout

  1. Open Helios
  2. Go to Tools → Preferences → Appearance → Layout
  3. Select Titan

This configures Helios to operate correctly with Titan Two devices.

3. Set Your Python Environment

  2. Click Search System
  3. In the dropdown, select the environment named:

5. Select the Vision Script

  1. Locate the CV Python panel
  2. Under the Python Script (.py) section, click the three dots ( … )

This is the main script file used by Cosmic Vision.
