General Troubleshooting

This section covers troubleshooting for things such as script installation, the Marketplace, and serial registration.


I Registered the Wrong Serial Number

Please reach out in one of our Discord support channels for assistance.

If your Cronus Zen has broken, we offer complimentary serial number swaps on a case-by-case basis. Reach out on Discord and please provide proof of the broken device.

Unhandled Error Occurred

This happens on the Marketplace often.

Use Google Chrome, disconnect your Zen, press OK on the pop-up, then try again.

This section will help you determine and fix any issues with your Cronus Zen.


My Scripts Aren't Working / Not Shooting

This generally happens to PlayStation users who incorrectly bypass their controllers. It can also occur on other platforms due to incorrect setups.

Reference the Connection Guide and connect your controller, Zen, and console correctly.

For Xbox users with Gamesir controllers, recent updates have broken functionality. You will need to downgrade your Gamesir firmware following: https://guide.cronus.support/gamesir-fix

Finally, ensure your Pro Stick Function in Controller Settings is set to Default and not Dribble Only.
